Question about Gilbert

Nearly everywhere he has been, Gilbert brings with him his OL/run game coordinator coach Matt Mattox. He has several interviews about how important and instrumental he is to him when installing and running their offense. Would that be something that would deter Gilbert from the job if he can't bring in his primary assistant? Just a thought

Actually I think it's perfect. Hire both. Mattox becomes run game coach/RB coach. Robinson to WR coach (he was a WR coach for Dallas from 98-00') and we jettison Joseph who has been horrible.
