Jones has not proven that he’s a good coordinator…they didn’t change anything up until Lane called and told them

frick Jones. Raymond can stay but Jones doesn't need to sniff this team anymore...unless the hire is Aranda. In that case, I'd be fine with it because it will be Aranda's defense and Jones can learn something like how to adjust a defense at halftime.
Defense looked somewhat competent second half but he still doesn't know how to adjust a defense fluidly like Aranda. He also only got competent when he played shite offenses and not someone like Kiffin who motorboated our abortion of a scheme in that game. He's paid elite DC money and is more around an average at best DC. He's way overpaid for his production.

Meh, if it’s Aranda let Jones stay and learn. Obviously keep Raymond no matter what.
