He’s not ready yet. Whoever we hire this time doesn’t work out he might be the guy. Really needs to at least be a DC 3-4 years before becoming a head coach at a major university.

Would love to have him as a DC with his experience and love for LSU. Have to admit, that was an impressive press conference. Way more articulate than our failed HC. Not as HC though.

At that point he will be unattainable. It's a huge risk but if it hits you have a young guy at his alma mater who may never leave and setup a dynasty with multiple championships. Is it worth the risk? Idk. It's certainly worth an interview due to the upside. I'd want to know his plans for his staff though
