he's much, MUCH better than skip. I can't think of any major gaffs on his part thus far.

Yeah ... people are going to pile on about TJ and MBB but our program was in shitty shape. We'd be likely be at best in the same position (probably worse) if Brady was still here. Besides, TJ was seen as a good hire and had success at 2 other jobs.

I don't think Alleva had much choice in doing what he did with the Duke Lax thing ... I wouldn't be surprised if his hands were tied by the University.

Trent has done well recruiting but the team is young and we weren't left with much talent after Tas, Temple, Thornton, etc were gone.

Jordy is a really nice guy but he is not privy to inside information like one would think. The guy hosts a radio show.

The newest trend in sports talk radio is to say something spectacular or edgy whether it is true or not just for ratings or getting people to think they are in the "know".

Had virtually nothing to do with Alleva. Richard Brodhead ran that fiasco, start to finish. How he's remained at Duke is a complete mystery.

It wasn't only miles that wanted crowton gone.

this is a quote from belowpar

quote:

Yes I thought he was gone but I wasn't for sure, like last year...they went through the motions but didn't pull the trigger, this year it was a must and miles wasn't the only one saying he had to go.

someone else wanted him gone. My guess is aleva of course. That part would not have bothered me, him hiring krag becauase he was told to does.
