How so?
He’s had 1 year stints at Western Carolina, GA State, and Houston. May be the case but I don’t see why right now.

That’s because you’re not a coach. I’ve met Gideon and the dude is sharp. Also, look at his experiences he’s had. Played at Texas, Ga’d in the SEC, gotten a better job every year, still a young guy.
