They are head coaches at SEC programs. They aren't going to make each other's jobs easier by helping each other recruiting.

A shot at proving you belong. Being able to build your own program in a conference/division that commands attention. Self-gratification in proving yourself against the likes of Saban, Fisher, Mullen, Smart, Malzahn, O, etc..
