O got burned again by going outside of his comfort zone

I imagine this sends him right back into the comfort zone of network hires. Somebody in the Pete Carroll network, somebody that he's worked with before or somebody that worked with someone he trusts. Won't be swinging big for someone that can't be vouched for again.
