this is our guy. looks like a good fit for what we do. no crazy new scheme next year.

Does seem like his offenses is more multiple in nature though.

I definitely understand this, but all the motion is just to throw uncertainty into reading the offense, it isn't THE offense. He could drop this and the offense would still be good.

Well I don't think he could drop it as it sets up plays in his offenses

Much like Kiffins and Meyers pretty snap motions do.

Well it disguises plays. It starts off looking one way and changes with motion. It's not like he needs SO much motion to run the intended play
