Yes, absolutely, O would be the recruiter. Not sure how else it could work. Would only be as good as the coordinators.

Every team is only as good as its coordinators. Saban is not great because he has poor coaches. He has the best offensive coordinator and second best def coordinator. Do you think they would have a great offense if cam Cameron was his OC?
