Not happy that LSU couldn't get their guy, but satisfied

I'm disappointed and somewhat angry that LSU couldn't get either of their "guys" in Fisher or Herman. I'm irritated that Alleva didn't take no for an answer. I think that is a failure on his part.
At the same time, I'm satisfied with O. Not disappointed, not overcome with excitement, just kind of "ok." I don't understand the melters, I don't think it's a given that O leads this team to mediocrity year after year. Just like I never thought it was a given that a guy like Herman WOULDNT lead you there.

According to Alleva they didn't even try. He doesn't do his job. He said he didn't want to play the coaching carousel and he didn't want to negotiate.
He literally told us he didn't want to do his job because it's hard and he doesn't like it.
