Bump.

Urgent! someone needs to let Napier know he needs to get the last 2 hires in before the coaching changes board gets shutdown.

Overall, I like this staff except for the top two positions. Hard to gauge two guys who have never been FBS coordinators before.

For that reason, I go with "solid" and not "slam dunk".

Good point.

In the case of OC, the OC position probably allowed the money to be right to get Sale on board. Since Napier will actually be calling the plays, it shouldn't be a big deal. Plus Napier and Sale have worked together for a few years, so they should be on the same page.

No clue about the DC

Overall though, it looks like Napier put a heavy emphasis on recruiting which was sorely needed

Before anyone gets too pumped, Rob Sale once posted on another board right after Signing Day, "Julio Jones can't get off of bump coverage." I haven't listened to anything he's ever said/posted after that.
