I know this isn't a solid source, but my friend is pilot and he ran into Pelini in the Miami Airport today. Take it for what it's worth.

Meh. I think this is out of context. I think Osborne means that Pelini nor Miami has approached him about the job. I don't think that means that Osborne is saying that he wouldn't allow it. But if so, damn...
