Urbs about to raid some college teams.

Look forward to having him in NE FL.

I guess I can understand not wanting to deal with the headaches and bullshite of running a college program. But he's got claim to being one of the greatest college coaches of all time if he stuck around. In the NFL, he's just another guy... 0-0 and he's there for maybe 5-10 years at best.

Not as easy to assemble a team when you can't recruit the way he does. Ask Saban.

He hates recruiting despite being good at it. That time away from family and ridiculous schedule is a big thing that burned him out.

Urban can coach any team to be good, I’m convinced. He develops players and hides their weaknesses better than anyone ever in college IMO.

Tons of draft picks, Trevor Lawrence, a decent young core, etc.

He’s gonna have them rolling soon if he can grab a great DC.

WTF does this even mean?
Guy is in his mid 50’s.
He will be successful wherever he coaches. A 5-10 year successful run in NFL and he takes Jimmy Johnson or Bill Cower’s chair.

He'll have 2 first rounds picks and 2 second to work with right out the gates.

- prove himself at the highest level
- hours are better in the nfl and you actually get an off-season.
- Not babysitting “kids”
- Recruiting/cheating has become a circus
