At first I was thinking he would be terrible as an AD. That being said, he tends to get rid of his coordinators/asst coaches when the fans get riled up and brings in good replacements.
Seriously, who wasn't excited when we got Pelini, Crowton, Chavis, Kragthorp, Cam Cameron or Frank Wilson? There are the occasional Malveto and Stud, but for the most part, he makes the move when necessary and makes good hires.
