These guys are performing minor miracles at Colorado and Army.

Not advocating them for any thing, but I'm impressed.

We all know Army isn't an lifetime job, but what about Colorado? Does MacIntrye eventually land back into the Southeast? Or does he stay and try to rebuild a program that used to have some success?

Macintyre is a former parcells assistant too. think he's got it, he'll end up somewhere eventually.

If you can turn Colorado into a good team, there's really no reason to leave.

Good weather, 30 minutes from Denver, good university, beautiful scenery, Pac-12 Conference. I'd stay forever.

I'd be happy too, but you know how these guys are.

He's been out west for awhile now so maybe he stays. I could definitely live in CO though.

I think he's going to get some strong looks if this season plays out with Colorado being bowl eligible. I mean, they were straight fricking garbage before him.

Mac's record at Colorado is something like 14-28... Someone the other day was saying on here he's on the hot seat, or was going into the year..

Well, Colorado administration hasn't exactly been knowledgeable about the football program if not actively trying to kill it in the past.

They had 4 total wins the two years before he got there. 10 games in the prior 4 seasons to his arrival.

The Michigan game is a bit of a classic "we're turning this around" result. Interesting to watch what he does.

This is Coaching Changes not "LSU Coaching Changes "

This thread has nothing to do with LSU

My bad. You may want to state what current coach for what team you are lobbying to replace.

I didn't state that because I'm not lobbying anything. I'm pointing out guys that are doing tremendous jobs and may start garnering some interest.

A guy like PJ Fleck is someone to watch as well.

there are plenty of reasons to leave cu: low salary, pathetic conference, ok but not great recruiting base, mediocre fan support, lack of admin support, sjw environment to the max (macintyre is conservative)
