I understand Jimbo's logic in this, trying to get as much as possible, but whoever is running this show needs to get the emotional infatuation with Fisher out of their system and use good judgement.
For the money they're throwing around, you could go get a pro coach.

Why do we even still have planes?
Face to face talk isn't worth anything.
Looking a man in the eye and telling him how it will be is worth nothing.
Watching his reaction as you make your offer has no value.
Handling his objection immediately rather than waiting for his email is a waste of jet fuel.
Knowing that an email won't be hacked for the world to view... etc, etc, etc.
