He’s come a long way in his time as defensive coordinator at Tech. His first couple seasons were rough

His defense this year was pretty stout. What he did to Hawaii was a clinic. Hate to lose him but he deserves it.

Baker learned under Diaz when Diaz was LA Tech’s DC, and Baker coached the DBs

Listened to him talk and break down his defense at a clinic last spring and the guy knows his shite. Instantly became a fan he’s going to be ond of the best dc’s next year

That's how I feel. But, they are so desperate at Miami and Manny made their defense respectable that their fans think he's a great hire.

Blake’s a good dude. He will do well. This is a great spot for him. He’s in his early 30s coordinating in the ACC for a brand name program. Interested to see him develop into a HC down the road

Won’t really matter who they hire for DC with Manny at the top. Miami is similar to LSU, it’s all about who they get to be the OC. LSUs offense is not nearly as bad as Miami’s though
