Were there not reports of infidelity? Is there not a morality cause in said contracts given the publicity inherent in such a high profile position? I'd imagine there is.
Yet, this conduct was not in play as there was no paper trail. Further, circumstances surrounding dismissal were related to performance as a coach -- there was no breach on BK's part -- was deemed unsuccessful, hence the dismissal

That’s not how morality clauses work. As long as he was not sleeping with a student or staffer cheating on your wife isn’t cause.
