Got rid of a championship winner and made the quick and easy hire.
No real thought into interviewing other candidates
A lot of Les sunshine pumpers warned of the possibilty of a hire like this and here it is

This frickup doesn't change the fact that firing Les was the right move.

Just an FYI-Fulmer was a classic "quick and easy" hire. As was Chris Peterson. Sometimes it actually works.
Why not just take a wait and see approach instead of panicking about lost games and football futility that has not actually occurred and that exists only in your head?
