The way it was related to me was as a joke at my expense from my uncle, who told me about it because it's so ridiculous an idea. He has no ties to LSU but is enjoying my impatience/nerves/agony. But he did say it really happened.

1. Learn to spell. It's Belichick.
2. I don't know what's so difficult to believe about this. We unofficially asked and were quickly told no. Not exactly rumors of Gruden at the BR airport w a press conference at 5;30.
