Personal hunch - not based on any insider knowledge of the program - although politics is always involved with EA. I don't think Bourgeois is the right fit and there may be lingering health concerns. Lots of talent there IMHO.

He's okay for next year. This year was tough, losing three games inside the 5 at the final whistle against three playoff teams and another in the last seconds by one. He'll have to turn that around, or next year will be it, IMO.
Not sure about the Medical issues, but the Gonzales Mafia is a joke. These guys have won 354 State Championships if you listen to them, but have never coached a down.
