If you told be we could have les for the next 7-10 years that would be great. I want a good coach who wants to be here and not use us as a stepping stone to another job.

Why? Ferentz has totally been a dud up in Iowa. What has he done since beating LSU in the Cap One Bowl? He's had three goods seasons; that's it.
