but why are you suggesting cowher is a better coach than him? they coach different aspects of the game you can't compare a head coach to a strength and conditioning coach in my opinion.

I meant not better, but more important. Having Cowher would be much better for hte program than keeping Moffitt

i see your point and that can be debatable in a sense; however im sure a great strength and conditioning coach would work under cowher as well if moffitt were to leave??

Yep, and coaches who can't win anything in the NFL don't make good college coaches.
Just ask Steve Spurrier (12-20 in the NFL), Nick Saban (15-17), Pete Carroll (33-31) and Gene Stallings (23-34-1). None of them ever did shite in college.
