Let's say Les Miles' Ole' Lady is THE reason he stays...

Being a good family man, I imagine that Les will do what is right by his wife and kids and won't seek his career dream job with Michigan.

With that said, how do you think that will affect his drive in the following seasons at LSU? He is getting up in years and will have a nice bump pay. Will his heart still be in it? He was already questioned about that THIS past season so I imagine that will be worse.

Basically, I don't want an Urban Meyer situation where the coach stayed only because he felt pressure from others only to now have his heart/mind truly with his current team.

If Les has it in his heart to coach Michigan above all else, he should go. If he stays at LSU for other reasons than his love for LSU, well, don't be surprised if the "product" suffers.
