Yes, 5 million dollars to LSU for every year he coaches at Michigan.

This was Michigan's only/best shot at Miles. If Miles remains successful at LSU, he stays for a long time. If he becomes unsuccessful, Michigan wont want him next time around. No need for a new "Michigan Clause."
