They open it by saying they have something to tell them, turns it over to the Chancellor. Chancellor appeals with stating he is a career coach and so he understands what they are going through. States this team is special. Refences a conversation a few weeks ago with his daughter where she stated to him "Dad, this team is going to win it all" Tells them what they are doing and that they are historic and that no one will "ever, ever forget this team" (yeah no shite lol) Begins talking about how this team and the fans have suffered for so long and they brought it to an end. Says that once they get through this "suffering" they will be able to look back and appreciate they were here for it. Tells them to not lose the intensity and to turn up the pressure and to not give in. Begins saying "Why Not You?" Multiple times and ends with "It's going to be an exciting run".

Next guy comes up (Kieth Carter) and says it's been a hard few weeks but that he loves these guys, states that he's been there for 30 years and that everything he does is for the betterment of this organization. He says that he made the decision because he believes they deserve a "leader of men" and that he didn't like the past guy or the direction in which they were headed. he then leads into saying "That is why I have selected your next coach as Pete Golding"
