I thought the Louisiana Governor was angry about HC contracts that had buyouts the taxpayers were on the hook for?

I may be blind but does it say anything about if Lane has to pay us back if he leaves us like he left Ole Miss? 
I think we could lose him to the NFL one day but that’s most likely if he’s already won a title or two here.

Not that it would matter anyway, but it’s a huge nut drop by LSU - almost saying they know ole miss won’t win a playoff game
