Give me their DC. McGuire is a TX High school legend and not the reason Tech is good this year.

He's Texas through and through. He coached Texas high school football for 21 years. Everything he has coached has been Texas. They even started scouting like NFL teams sending tons of scouts out all over Texas. Since he was a high school coach, he has the in roads to a lot of great undervalued talent. They are also huge spenders. Willing to spend 5 mill on a single OL AND DL 5 star.

Tech has as much money as anyone and they play in the big 12. They're better positioned than most to dominate in this era. No reason to leave
