Hallman > Chizik
Hallman coached Southern Miss to a 23-11 record in three seasons.
Hallman was pretty good at USM and had a pretty good reputation so based on reputation alone Chizik is waaaaay worse than Hallman. Chizik has yet to do shite as a head coach.

that's true but Iowa State was getting worse under Chizik.

that's true also but he won and I was really just basing what I said on the appearance of their coaching success if that makes sense.
