Those emails are obviously one-sided, but they paint an interesting picture on why negotiations last year were so tense.

Leach wanted to be paid like Stoops, didn't want a buyout of any kind either, and if you believe the emails went so far as to beg other places to interview him most years to create leverage.

they are emails that came to the chancellor of TT from various sources, including Leach's agent but mostly from James Sowell who owns sowellco . i think the link is sowellco.com. from the emails he is the head dog booster or something but someone may know better than i do.

i can't believe that auburn wouldn't even interview him and would hire Gene Chizik.

also, the use of city slicker yankee attorney was pretty awesome. I was waiting for thats stuffs made in NYC, GET A ROPE!
