Whoever hires Fritz will get a damn good coach. He’s doing all the right things at Tulane and had their program rolling. Met him at a coaches clinic and damn does he know his stuff. His practices are high level. He runs a good strict program and players love him. He’s the perfect fit for any sec opening right now. Not the sexiest but the situations as they are he’s the man to ride the ship and get whether it’s Arky, Mizzou or ole miss back to relevancy

We’ve sucked lately but Arkansas is a much better gig.
It's crazy, but look at the coaches in the hunt for a NC:
Ohio State** - Ryan Day - 1st HC job (1st season)
LSU** - Ed Orgeron - 2nd HC job (3rd season)
Clemson - Dabo Swinney - 1st HC job (12th season)
Georgia - Kirby Smart - 1st HC job (4th season)
Utah - Kyle Whittingham - 1st HC job (16th season)
Oklahoma** - Lincoln Riley - 1st HC job (3rd season)
Baylor - Matt Rhule - 2nd HC job (3rd season)
**Note that these three coaches took over incredibly talented teams but were part of the staffs of the previous HC
Grabbing the big-name coach from the mid-major may not be the hot trend anymore.

Best FAU can do is in the $1.5 million range.
He'll more than double that at Arkansas and get back in the SEC.
And he can keep his house in Boca for vacations if he wants.
Anybody that thinks he's staying is kidding themselves. Even the FAU beat writers say he's gone.
