If there is a good thing...

...about Coach Miles talking officially with UM, is if he does leave, Bo-P is likely gone, too. OTOH, if Miles and UM do not pair up and they go on to someone else, the likelyhood of this being an annual dance like it was with Alabama's current coach when he was here is nil. Les loves LSU and is loved (except by some impossible to please rantards) by most Tiger fans. I don't think he'd be up for bids every year.

Yep.
If he turns it down or it just doesn't work out, Miles Mania will reign supreme at LSU for years to come.

1. Why would anyone of average intelligence want Pelini gone?
2. The HC says blitz, the DC only picks which one.
3. When Miles arrived Jimbo suddenly forgot half of his plays, after a year and 3-4 games Pelini suddenly forgot how to blitz, and this year Crowton's offense looked nothing like it EVER has before.
So you expect me to believe, Jawja Tiger, that ALL 3 of these coaches COINCIDENTALLY suffered from selective amnesia and it wasn't the ONE HC pulling the throttle back.
4. Even if the aforementioned 3 all did suddenly and coincidentally suffer from amnesia it is the HC's job to say, "Wake the F up!"
5. That 4th down against Arky WAS NOT when LSU stopped blitzing. That occurred starting with the Tulane game.
6. At the same time Pelini "forgot" how to blitz (or more likely, as can only be deduced by the facts, was instructed) the LSU football team also: forgot to sub players in and out both off. and def. leading to fresher legs both late in games and late in season, all RB's not named Hester saw their carries drop drastically, TT (who had been showing promise mid season) was benched unexplicably for the last few games, etc.
7. So I guess ALL of that must be Pelini's fault. That's what your logic leads to - Pelini was the sole reason we didn't blitz, thus he must be the reason that all of those other things happened, right? They ALL occurred at about THE SAME TIME.
Think about it
