then why would we have him pickup some of the guys that Porter was recruiting?
I'm not saying he isn't leaving, I am just curious why Miles would allow him to pickup even more recruits when he would most likely know that he is out the door.

it was just put out today he was leaving, maybe it was a recent decision if its true
