and what are you least looking forward to changing? In other words, what are your pros and cons to Les leaving BR?

Pros - Might be nice to have a coach that gets fired up and can actually speak to the media and not sound like he is one of Jerrys kids. A coach that makes adjustments and holds coaches accountable.

Cons - May not run the clean program Les has, recruiting could dip, I have enjoyed the way he is a family man and treats his players as if they are part of his family as well.

All in all, I have enjoyed Miles here and wont be devestated if he stays. I also think it is time for some fresh ideas and a new leader in tigerland. I want LSU to be feared again, Like we were 03'. People knew we were comin with bad intentions.

I've never faulted Miles for not being fired up enough. If there is only one thing i like about him, it's that he's intense. He doesn't go on tirades like Saban, but the man comes off as intense to me.

I just like a guy that gets a little more hype during a game. Not tirades like saban but a guy that gets excited. A little more like Muschamp. just a personal opinion though. Not a real big reason for hire/fire. Bilema at wisconsin is my favorite as far a coaching personality goes

I think Bilema is an a-hole. Guy comes off as a straight cocksucker with his jacket being fully zipped off and being a dick to reporters.

a) "Offense" Play calling
b) "Playing" Discipline
c) Player development - better usage of the talents that the players posses, rather than trying to force them to do what they are not ready / able to do...of course this will change from year to year as each player matures differently.
d) LOYALTY to assistants should be based on performance...I am sure they are probably all "nice guys".

I have no problem with Miles' demeanor or calm attitude, or usage of the "English" language.
He portrays a good image and is a good recruiter.
I like the "river gambler" in his personality.
