If Kiffin is planning on leaving Oxford, this is the year to do it.

LSU and Fla are about to be locked up for a minimum of 4 years. Ala might right the ship and be locked up. Ga is not opening anytime soon. TN is out completely.
That leaves TX if Sark jumps (doubtful) or the NFL where he would need an offer. The other option is stay at OM for another year or two and wait for another shot at the NFL.

Plus Auburn, Ark, Florida all hiring too locking them in for 3-5 more years.
The SEC will be tied up with coaches for the better part of the next 10 years.
He won’t have this shot again, so he has to REALLY love Oxford to pass this up.
I don’t see Big10 schools going after him unless it’s like an Oregon or USC. Lane isn’t going to Ohio State or PSU or Michigan.

USC might be out as well.

USC and Tennessee aren’t hiring him a 2nd time. Especially USC.
