They would be foolish if they didn't consider him. Since they place a high value on "legacy" coaches, he seems like the obvious choice whenever Saban decides to leave. Of course, he'll have to keep MSU above .500 until then.

They may consider him, but I don't think he would even give them the time of day. He screamed racist when they didn't choose him last time and is pretty bitter about it.

One thing that I don't understand about the whole Saban back to BR is that people say his wife was happy here and she's not happy in Tusc. Since when does Saban give a shite about what his wife thinks. She supposedly loved it here before and that didn't seem to bother him one bit about leaving for Miami.
