i don't get this logic, if they both turn down our best offer what can alleva do? these coaches don't NEED the lsu job. they are in great situations. as a matter of fact all the coaches mentioned are sitting in good situations, thats why they're on the list. we'll find one that wants the challenge of playing in the sec west and going up against saban every year. if you don't like the choice then complain about it on the message board.... but I'm going to be happy with whoever it is and give them a shot

Please explain how there is a "big gap" between Herman and Gundy.

From what I can tell, Gundy appears to be a more accomplished candidate.

Miles was 8-19 in games against ranked teams going back to the 2012 season. One of those wins was against western Kentucky
