and there's no way we can do any better than him.

How and why you believe this? Will continuously dumbfound me, but does it bother you that it's evident that Miles is playing us. (if reports are true from the team)

Miles wouldn't lie to his team... Period.

So he's using this to get MORE money and a LONGER contract out of us....

just a question. I'm genuinely curious to how you guys feel.

Seems to me the man is already GROSSLY OVERPAID, but just my opinion.

TAF is loaded. If he wants a little more, just give it to him and his staff. They've all earned it outside of crowton.

No, just the winningest coach in LSU history. How the frick could he win so many games by feeling his way?

The reason we don't feel like we can do better is because we've never done better dickhead.

You guys can point the finger at him

You can talk about the clock management

And if you do that, its really unfair, its really unfair

ITS MY TEAM, ITS MY COACH

And if you guys do that man, its unfair

They lost as a team, they lost as a team man.

Agree 100%. If Les leaves and LSU could get Mullen and he could keep this recruiting class together, keep Chavis, they won't skip a beat. The offense couldn't be any worse next yr. I believe the biggest mistake LSU could make would be to hire Pelini. He's not familiar with sec schools and didn't like recruiting when he was here. He'd bring his brother with him and the program could get driven into the ground because of it.

no one believes that...but there is probably a 60+% chance we do worse, and killing continuity is always risky. With the talent he is stockpiling, if he fixes the OC situation we're preseason top 3-5 next year.

SGTiger1, he's lied to his players before at OSU.

Les is likely mulling over the decision.

Thankfully, many would disagree with you there, but I get it...You have an alternate opinion than mine.

Only CUM has a better record than Miles (by 1game) over the past 6 years and tied with Saban in win % at LSU/Bama. How many other coaches have 4 11 win seasons in the past 6 years?

How can you say we can do better?

I agree. Why would LSU want that hothead back as the head coach? He's hurt his team more than he's helped it.

The SEC is waaaaaay better when Miles was at LSU than when Saban was here. Proof? SEC NC when Saban at LSU (1). SEC NC when Miles at LSU (4, maybe 5).

I may be wrong with these numbers so feel free to correct me, but off the top of my head BEFORE this season Alabama lost 0 SEC GAMES the last 2 years

We lost 7 SEC games the last two years prior to this one.

I'd say they've done a little better?

NOT that this is the argument I want to get into..Saban/Miles

You asked a question based upon stats, I simply responded.

I'm not a FIRE MILES guy bTW.... But, I also don't feel he deserves a dime more or another 7 year deal.

Les has no secret formula. Let's see how many top recruiting classes he pulls in at Michigan. LSU will win another BCS Championship before Les and Michigan even sniff the game.

Daddy always told me...

"Don't get in a battle of wits with an unarmed person"

Someone else who has more patience than I do will be happy to break down where LSU was Pre-Saban. Relative to Pre-Miles. I can't believe we really have to talk about that.

you're the smart guy saying us dummies think Miles has a formula for winning. So you're saying we're just walking around in the dark looking for the Saban light?

So you want Saban back then? Tell your daddy Les has taken care of business and no other coach at LSU has the wins he does.
