This what people don't get. Saban will make over 8 mill this next season. It's not like he's making 1.5

No,. if Saban were to go anywhere it would be because he WANTS to do it and money would not be the factor. He makes all he will ever need. People have thrown money at him since he's been at Bama.

That's the crazy thing. It's going to take that kind of money to get a top college coach back to the pros. It was reported that Harbaugh made like $9 million this year (albeit with some sketchy insurance thing). I think the top pro guys are around $8 million. Why would you leave a college fiefdom for equal money unless you hate recruiting or just want the higher level of competition?

Oh....he gone! Deal is most likely already done. Why else fire an NFL coach mid season after giving the same coach a contract extension 2 weeks ago? Because Harbaugh said he'd take it. He'll be there before the bowl game.

Sabah wouldn't go to LA. No QB. Now if Indy were to open up AND Nick still has the itch to prove himself in the NFL , you may be on to something.
