If reports are accurate, Tom Herman wanted $6 mil. As I've said previously, there are many different ways to get to where a coach wants to be financially. It's inexcusable that Alleva couldn't make this happen. It's inexcusable that after firing a coach FOUR GAMES INTO THE SEASON, you walk away naming the interim as your head coach. If this were to happen in a similar situation in the corporate world, he'd his job and any opportunity of a similar job.

My qualifications: A career of high level negotiations and hires/fires. Unemotional, long term approach to operations. Oh, and I wouldn't give jobs to unqualified or under-qualified individuals because of where the frick they are from!
