What would his ceiling be? You would have to take him, right? They are 3-31 the past three seasons.

If you were Kansas, would you hire Butch, or would you try to get a coordinator from a mid tier program or MAC coach of the month?
Having said that, his ceiling could be pretty high if he could recruit well enough. So long as he puts up 50-70 points a game they'll get a bowl every year

Could they even get these folks? Kansas football has sucked for so long outside of the Chris Harris & Aqib Talib teams. I honestly have no clue how much pull they would actually have.
