Hows does this happen?

Who makes these decisions? Who can override them?
Have these people been so insulated from the fan base that they cannot see that people are going to protest and not come to games? Do they not see all the empty seats when the TV shows the crowd?
How can they led Orgeron hire two guys to run a offense in 2018? These guys cannot run a modern offense because they only know 3 yards and a pile of dust.
The fans need to make this administration hurt. 2016/17 were the year of protests. Time to protest
