Recruiting is the base for building your team to win championships. Riley does not recruit well despite OU being a national brand. It is his responsibility to recruit the defense as well…They are one of a few schools that have the Jordan brand behind them. Riley has not had to fight for recruits like an LSU vs Bama battle. He does not develop them to NFL talent entirely either. He’s had more than enough time at OU to prove he can recruit and he hasn’t.
