If story holds true that Cam pissed Frank's family off due to poor communication and other issues, what's the chances he stays? Not just that but also schemes in play and the ending of his contract. Is he gone or does he stay? Do we want someone new?

Nothing will change. Everyone returns. Les still claps like a seal and sees no need to change. The engine is fine.
