Hire new DL coach & Jenkins stays on staff

With Orgeron already stating that he plans on keeping Pete Jenkins on staff in some form of capacity...does anyone think it's possible that he could have a different role going forward? Like a mentor to Orgeron/assistant DL coach
This way the elderly Jenkins doesn't have such a big role but still adds his expertise & coaching when needed
Leading us to go find a DL line coach that can recruit at a high level & coach alongside Jenkins
Thoughts?

He needs to be a special assistant counsel, or whatever it is little Nicky calls all them guys he has hanging around.
