Herbstreit: Did He REALLY Make the Phone Calls?

Typically, the networks have producers who do all the legwork, making phone calls, etc. and then give the "scoop" to on-air personalities to help build their journalistic credibility. OOOPS!

There's a lesson here somewhere.
