Has Mel Tucker signed his contract extension yet?

Everything I can find is a day or two old and says he hasn't signed yet. Should we read anything into that?

Tucker would be the most O type hire. But would surprise. He hasn’t really proven he can run a program. Not to mention his overall record and the fact he hasn’t stayed anywhere over 2 years. One good year against meh….I think Aranda would be better among others.

Don't ever fix your fingers to type and compare Tucker to O. Tucker is a long-time coordinator. O isn't.

Not even close he been a defensive coordinator before, and has been on Sabans sode for a long time he knows how to coach

He has not signed yet has an extension on the table but for some reason he’s waiting to sign it. I just s can’t imagine why ! ??

He’s negotiating/milking Michigan State, last I heard around 8 million.
it’s not rocket science. LSU would be crazy to pay 8 plus million to a coach with his resume. Diversity crowd just won’t move on. Maybe Tate can coach the football team to please the diversity folks.

So you bring up Tucker’s overall record as a reason you wouldn’t hire and then proceed to say you would hire Aranda. The logic.
