Given the staff turnover between the last two offseasons, some continuity would be a plus

Limiting the number of units on the team that will be going through their 3rd position coach in as many seasons would be a good thing IMO. And some of these guys did a pretty good job considering they were essentially out on an island with no head coach.

That’s what I keep saying, but no, everyone wants a clean house. Again.

The culture in the locker room needs to change. A hard reset. The coaches lead that effort. I wouldn't keep more than 2 maybe 3 at most for that reason alone.

Culture is drive directly from the man up top. Brian Kelly will set the stage moving forward…do some need to go? Yes. Are some still good coaches? Yes. I can almost guarantee those coaches are hungry for great leadership from a head coach. It’s no different than in the business world.

I can see your point, but I can also see the reasonable side of starting over. The thing that concerns me is the ones who have solid recruiting connections. Those connections need to be maintained if they are really that important to keeping our best players coming here for years to come.

if Bryan Kelly is what we think he is then if he decides to keep a coach it's because he believes that coach is good enough to be a part of a great coaching staff. Limiting it to 2 or 3 because of your perceived culture problem in a locker room you've never set foot in is just silly.

perceived culture problem

Its not perceived. Half the team quit. Key personnel opted out. Jealous of others because of NIL deals, etc. I don't see that anywhere else in college football.
