Given the reaction by UT fans, will Schiano get another HC job?

Serious question — given how virulently opposed to this hire practically everyone associated with UT is/was, is Schiano able to get another head coaching job assuming this falls through? Or does the fallout from his alleged involvement in the Penn State tragedy make him too toxic?

I got a better question, will the OSU fanbase begin a uproar of their own leading to Urban letting Schiano go

I don’t see how there isn’t a ripple effect from this

The big question is will he keep his current job.

He was under the radar at OSU, but now the cat is out of the bag.

This will be bad for OSU.

No frankly he's not done a very good job anywhere he's been besides a small stretch at Rutgers when he had Ray Rice

This is probably only partially due to whatever he may have done at Penn State.

The main reason is because Tennessee fans got all hyped about Gruden, and having to settle for Schiano is a big dose of reality that they arent getting a coach they wanted.

They will still probably not get a home run hire. He will just have to be a shitty hire with no baggage.

I don't know, but if I were Schiano right now, I'd have somebody rub out the Sanduskys in prison, Walter White-style.

Will this also play out when Kendall Briles goes to get a HC job?

Why not Sandusky style?

#BREAKING || A small group of Ohio State students have assembled at The Oval calling for Greg Schiano to resign amidst news of his possible departure to Tennessee and allegations surrounding the Penn State/Jerry Sandusky case.
But I am not sure this is verified.

I mean not really. This came out and they asked Meyer about it immediately. It wasn't swept under the rug or anything

I think he could get a job like Arizona State an be fine to answer the OP

Snowflakes will find anything to protest.

It was never an issue at tOSU up to this point, now all of a sudden he needs to be fired. Give me a break.

Oh, c’mon, they knew his past. If they fire, it’s ridiculous at this point.

I can't take my finals because I'm sad we almost hired an alleged witness to a molestation to coach a sport I don't care about.

Exactly. If he was guaranteed to bring them a natty they would have welcomed him with open arms.

I think this killed his chances of being a head coach at a P5 school. You screwed up by trying to get such a big job with out starting at a smaller school. I dong think all of this is brought up if he was a home run hire. I don’t think very many people wanted to know about this .
