ULM, Tulane, ULL should all drop to 1-AA or FCS

Totally agree! Since the Louisiana taxpayers are footing the tab for ULM and ULL's unprofitable athletic programs, there should be some mandate to put them back on 1-AA since we are in such dire financial straits.

What do you mean 1-AA??? No such thing anymore. There is a Southland Conference, but the Sun Belt does not do too well against them.

Simple: Go back to 1-AA and you will begin winning again. We will still be glad to let you be our bitch and whip your asses every three or four years.

OK, we can call it the FCS. It's still 1-AA. It's a lower level tier of football, but one that ULM has demonstrated that they could win at, at least at one time they could. ULM will never have the money to consistently compete against the big leaguers. However, they do have the money to be a good 1-AA/FCS school, and they would put a hell of a lot more fans in the stands by winning instead of losing.

The head coach at ULM is one of the lowest paid head coaches, if not the lowest.

He deserved to be.

Truer words have never been spoken. But they'll always have Bama '07.
